▶️ WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE COMMENTARY WITH THE LIVE STREAM AT THIS TIME. ▶️ This is NOT a live television broadcast with multiple camera angles, action replays and a full production team. It is an automated camera system. We are also not able to offer commentary with the live stream at this stage (any volunteers to try their hand please let us know!), but you may well hear pitch noise. Therefore we would ask supporters to keep in mind the live stream will not have the same feel to it as the conventional live television broadcast coverage we’ve all become accustomed to but it will provide supporters with the chance to see the live action.▶️ Requests for refunds (in full or in part) will only be considered if received during the match in question and will only be granted if there is a technical fault with the live stream at the Club's end. Refunds will not be given for a lack of commentary or due to the automated nature of the stream.

!! Once you have registered you may be asked to subscribe to a season ticket. Please do NOTselect this option but click 'Not now' and visit the home page. If you are asked for an Access code, please click past this option. There is NOAccess code for this match. You will receive a payment confirmation email from Stripe.

▶️ If you are already registered to use the service, you should log in and proceed to purchase the match PPV ticket.

▶️ PURCHASE PPV: Once registered (if required) and logged in please click on the match graphic (in the ‘Forthcoming Events’ section). Click on the ‘Buy Now’ button next to the match graphic and pay (£8). You will then get the option to pay for the match.

▶️ WATCH THE MATCH: All you need to do to watch the stream is to log in at https://forfarathletic.univtec.com/outside/loginanytime from 55 minutes ahead of kick off with your email and password at the link below and click on the match graphic. If your payment was successful, you will see this when you click on the match graphic. “To see this event, you are using Forfar Athletic vs XXX (name of the visiting team)”

▶️ ACCESS CODES: You will not be sent an Access Code and do not need one to watch this match once you have paid for your PPV ticket.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

▶️ Please register and/or check your log in details ahead of kick-off to ensure there are no issues with your stream. From half an hour before kick-off we will have limited availability to respond to questions including password resets as we need to concentrate on issues relating to the live stream itself.

▶️ Password reset – if you have forgotten your password please use this link https://forfarathletic.univtec.com/outside/forgot-password Please make sure you check your junk/spam folder as your reset information may end up in there!

▶️ If you are having issues logging in on an iPad/Tablet please download the Forfar Athletic TV app from the App/Play store. You log into the App using the same credentials you use when following the links above. We recommend you do not log in via Facebook. Please also ensure your device's software is fully up to date as that can also affect the stream.

▶️ While we know it is possible to stream to a smart TV, we are sorry but we unable to provide support for this due to the vast range of makes and models of smart TVs and mobile devices.
