Forfar Athletic v Elgin City

Following on from defeat at Stenhousemuir on Saturday past which was all the more disappointing after the euphoria of the home victory over Kelty the previous week, the ‘Loons’ now have two successive Saturday’s when they will ply their trade on home soil.

Elgin City provide the opposition on Saturday first, Stirling Albion the visitors on the 12^th of the month.

By coincidence City and Albion clashed at Boroughbriggs on Saturday past with Gavin Price’s side triumphing 3-1.

The ‘Loons’ won 2-1 in the corresponding fixture at Station Park in early November, but Elgin picked up all three points courtesy of a single goal victory up in  Moray at New year.

The kick-off on Saturday is at the normal time of 3p.m.

Forfar Athletic season tickets are of course valid for this fixture.

Admission for non season ticket holders is by cash payment only at the turnstiles.

Though not mandatory it is strongly recommended that supporters undertake a lateral flow test prior to attending.

The 1984 Lounge at the ground will be open from 12.30p.m. to 2.45p.m. and again on the final whistle until approximately 8p.m.

The Refreshment Kiosk will be open as usual at Saturday’s fixture as will the Club Shop situated at the rear of the East Terracing.
