Forfar Athletic v East Fife
[Monday, 03 October 2022 22:48]
The ‘Loons’ are at home on Saturday first for the third weekend running when they welcome East Fife to Station Park for the first time since the closing game of the 2020/21 campaign.
The home side will go into the game in better heart following their performance against Dumbarton on Saturday past, this despite the fact that the management team still had to cope with a major injury list.
Whether any of the ‘walking wounded’ will definitely recover in time for this Saturday’s clash is uncertain at this early stage of the week, but there are optimistic noises from the treatment room on at least a couple.
The Fifers who lost 2-1 at home to Stirling Albion on Saturday past are currently without a manager following Stevie Crawford’s decision to take up the Assistant Manager’s position at Dundee United.
