Thank You

The first of the eighteen home cinch league2 fixtures has come and gone and although there was a tinge of disappointment that we did not manage to pick up three points yesterday afternoon, a share of the spoils is always better than defeat, and remember as they say ‘there is a lot of water to go under the brig’ before May 4th!
First and foremost a big vote of thanks to the home support who obviously buoyed by the league cup performances turned out in increased numbers and got behind the players throughout the ninety-plus minutes.
The crowd figure of 567, with minimal traveling fans present, was a hugely encouraging sign.
Keep up the good work.
Thanks also to Amy Stuart our match sponsor on the day. Amy’s guests certainly appeared to have enjoyed their day and they chose Matty Allan as their man of the match. Amy is pictured presenting Matty with his award.
Amy purchased the opening day package in the auction at the Ladies Dinner back in April as did Carol Devany and Fiona Morgan who along with their friends occupied the Doug Houston and Ian McPhee Lounges.
A big thank you to Carol and Fiona for their support in this manner.
FAFC Company Secretary Robin Beattie entertained a group of clients and friends in the Archie Knox Lounge under the Thorntons Solicitors banner. Many thanks, Robin for this backing and all the assistance you afford the club over the year.
Finally, Daniel Buchan and his mates supported the club on the day by taking up their annual early-season hospitality package. Again many thanks.
