Forfar Athletic v Peterhead
[Tuesday, 13 February 2024 15:56]
After recording a gutsy 2-2 draw at Dumbarton on Saturday past, the ‘Loons’ return to the Alpha Projects @ Station Park Stadium this coming weekend when Peterhead are the visitors.
Ray McKinon’s side have now lost only once in their last seven cinch league2 outings, but frustratingly despite that run they now occupy ninth place in the league table following results elsewhere three days back.
However very much on the plus side the recent run of form apart, the Athies are now ten points clear of Clyde with also a far superior goal difference.
Our Saturday visitors despite a run of indifferent form in recent times still occupy second place in the table albeit sixteen points adrift of leaders Stenhousemuir.
The Balmoor outfit did not have a competitive game this past weekend having been scheduled to face Bonnyrigg Rose who were of course on cup tie duty.
Saturday’s contest has the usual 3p.m. kick-off.
Admission prices are as follows;-
