Congratulations

We are sure that all Forfar Athletic supporters would wish to join the Officials, Management and Players at Station Park in adding their congratulations to Steve Clarke and his squad following their qualification for the European Championship finals next June.

It ends a 23-year long wait for all connected with the game in this proud country and hopefully has brought a smile to the face of the nation this morning.

No one could deny that it was indeed a well-deserved victory in Belgrade following on a great display by all the players in the dark blue shirts.

We would echo the thoughts of many over the past twelve hours with the hope that come the summer of 2021, fans in some number at least will be allowed into Hampden and Wembley to bring with it the obvious colour and passion that the occasion will deserve.
