Forfar Athletic Football Club Ltd AGM

The Board of Directors have taken the decision to postpone the AGM normally held in early February. This is, not surprisingly, due to the ongoing Covid restrictions. With these restrictions tightened even further until at least the end of this month it would appear there is no likelihood of in-person meetings taking place in February.

Companies House have given companies a three-month extension in which to lodge accounts and it is hoped that by May an in-person AGM can be held with shareholders and Club Officials in attendance. The new date will be confirmed later in the spring.

This means that AGM papers will not be arriving in the next week or so as they usually do at this time of year, but will be sent out ahead of the rearranged date.
