Michael Travis joins Berwick Rangers on loan

The ‘Loons’ longest serving player Michael Travis has moved to Lowland League side Berwick Rangers on a temporary transfer until early January.
Michael who sat out all of last season with injury has been frustrated with his lack of compettive action this campaign following his return to full fitness, his last starting appearance in the Scottish Cup tie at Formartine.
This is of course down to the consistent performances of Andy Munro and Steven Anderson at the heart of the Athies defence.
It was therefore agreed that Michael should head out of Station Park on a short term loan to get vital game time and former Forfar manager Stuart Malcolm is delighted to have secured his services at Shielfield for a six week period.
Michael will make his debut for the wee Rangers against Hill O’Beath in an East of Scotland Qualifying Cup tie on Saturday before making his league debut at Gretna the following weekend.
