James Keatings moves to Tranent

Forfar Athletic officials can confirm that striker James Keatings has tonight been released from his contract and has subsequently signed for Lowland League promotion hopefuls Tranent Juniors.

James has been plagued by injury and illness since joining the ‘Loons’ last July and consequently only made five substitute appearances.

He heads to East Lothian with the club’s best wishes for the future.
