Thanks Again

The unbeaten run stretched to nine games and in the end a deserved three points from a gripping encounter against the ‘Bully Wee’ at the Alpha Projects Stadium @Station Park yesterday afternoon.
A pat on the back without a doubt to all fifteen players who wore the ‘Loons’ colours on the day, not forgetting the management staff.
A major thank you yet again to the home support who got right behind the players from the off and even when one down their backing must have given the lads on the park a real lift.
Thanks also to our most welcome match sponsor yesterday, Orchard Timber Products who have now of course been our main club sponsor since 2007.
Their party appeared to have a highly enjoyable afternoon with us and in what on the day could not have been an easy decision, they plumped for skipper Andy Munro as their Man of the Match.
Sales Director John Docherty carried out the presentation honours.
Thank you as well to all four parties within the main hospitality lounges.
Russell Todd and his mates, familiar faces indeed were in the Doug Houston Lounge enjoying the delights of the package they purchased back in June of last year for a considerable sum it has to be said in the auction at the Sportsman’s Dinner. Thanks again for your generosity.
It was also a pleasure as it always is to welcome a true ‘Loons’ legend Ian McPhee back to familiar territory, this time along with his golfing colleagues from the King James club in Perth who enjoyed their now annual day out in the lounge named after Ian himself.
‘TC’ will be back for the Dumbarton game on April 6th, but more of that at a later date.
Dave Robertson from Cookston Farm another long-serving supporter of the Station Park Hospitality Experience and his friends had their usual enjoyable afternoon in the Archie Knox Lounge, while Jamie Milne such a great backer of the ‘Loons’ cause and his party were in their normal great form in the Stewart Kennedy Lounge.
Finally thanks to Jane Rae and her colleagues who had their own little celebration albeit a day late of International Women's Day enjoying the delights of the 1984 Lounge package and they certainly added to the not surprisingly fairly boisterous after-match atmosphere within.
