Forfar Athletic v Stenhousemuir

The Alpha Projects Stadium @Station Park will play host to a cinch league2 clash on Saturday first between the ‘Loons’ and it would appear the champions elect Stenhosuemuir.

The ‘Warriors’ will arrive in Forfar with a fifteen point lead over second placed Peterhead with of course all sides having eight games remaining before the curtain comes down on the league campaign.

The home side though on the back of their current nine game unbeaten run in the league will go into the contest one point ahead of Gary Naysmith’s side in the current form table which is based on the last six results in league fixtures and also brimful of confidence.

Andy Munro and his colleagues will be especially keen to record what would be their first victory of the season over their visitors at what would be the fourth attempt, in fact Stenhousemuir were the last side to lower the ‘Loons’ colours in league match action back on January 6th.

Hopefully and there is no reason why not a ‘red hot’ ninety minutes awaits?

Saturday’s contest has the usual 3p.m. kick-off.

Stand – Adults £15, concessions £9, under 16’s £5
Terracing - Adults £14, concessions £8, under 16’s £5

Payment is by cash at the turnstile only.

Forfar Athletic season tickets are of course valid for this fixture.

The Refreshment Kiosk and Club Shop both situated within the ground will be open as usual.

The 1984 Lounge will be open to all supporters from 12.30p.m. till kick-off and again on the final whistle till approximately 8p.m.
