Peterhead v Forfar Athletic – Saturday 10th August

The ‘Loons’ will head north on Saturday for their first away game of the season in the William Hill League2, Balmoor Stadium in Peterhead the destination.

While the Athies had to settle for a point in a hard fought battle at home to Clyde on Saturday past, the ‘Blue Toon’ outfit secured all three points against Bonnyrigg Rose at New Dundas Park courtesy of a Ben Armour goal in the 91st minute.

The journey to the Buchan coast from Forfar has been shortened time wise in recent years with the opening of the Aberdeen By Pass, so hopefully quite a few of the Forfar faithful will make the journey on Saturday to lend their support.

Admission to Balmoor is by ticket only which can be purchased from the ticket office in the main car park at the ground from 1pm. onwards on a match day. They can also be purchased online in advance, see the Peterhead official website for details.

Kick-off is at the usual time of 3pm.
