Stirling Albion v Forfar Athletic - Match Information
[Tuesday, 10 March 2026 15:59]

The ‘Loons’ play the first of four away games in fifteen days punctuated by a home clash with Spartans when they visit the Forthbank Stadium on Saturday first for what is our fourth meeting of the season with Stirling Albion.
A 4-2 home victory over the ‘Binos’ in August was followed by a superb 4-0 success in the central belt in mid November. Albion did however come out on top on their second visit of the season to Angus in mid January securing the three points courtesy of a Ryan Shanley second half counter.
Jim Weir and his staff and players will go into Saturday’s tussle no doubt still ‘hurting’ from the 94th minute equaliser which secured a point for the ‘Bully Wee’ on Saturday past. Alan Maybury’s side were also involved in a drawn match down at Annan bouncing back from being 3-0 down a the interval courtesy of an impressive fight back in the second 45.
Both teams go into the game on the 32 point mark in the league table, the Athies however have two tough away games in hand over their opponents.
